Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through this website: for example, your name, email address, phone number and the details you enter in our contact form, new-client intake form, checklist download or newsletter sign-up. Form submissions are delivered to us by our form provider, Formspree.
This website doesn't use advertising trackers. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you load a page.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last and how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. We have turned off Google's advertising features, and we don't use this information to identify you or to show you ads. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services
- To send occasional tax updates, only if you asked to receive them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
We don't sell or rent your information. As CPAs, we are bound by professional standards of confidentiality for client information.
Sensitive information
Please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents through website forms or regular email. Once we're working together, we exchange documents through our secure client portal.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted, or to stop sending emails, at any time by writing to info@darianaccounting.com.
